The only time I play heads up is when I have made it to the end of a tournament. That's basically the only time I'll play heads up. You do need more experience to play heads up on cash tables. Even the pros have some bad days heads up as I have seen them play on some of the high stakes poker tables.

I am always lost when it comes to heads up play. the blinds are usually high compared to the stacks and it is mostly All in or fold. Or am i wrong?

Ok so ive been playing heads up .50/1.00 and i've found that i'm best at it. In my first couple of sessions i thought i was just getting lucky, but after a couple weeks playing everyday, i guess i'm not. I think people simply just dont know how to play. Most people want to bluff and raise every hand and others want to only play premium hands. You have to use about the first ten or fifteen hands to figure what style your opponent is and use that against them. Also I play according to what my opponent has, and I almost completely disregard my hand. OH AND ALWAYS CHECK THE NUTS!!!!!!! You just have to sit back and analyze every single element of the hand.

constant aggression is key while playing heads up....

its not necessarily what YOU have.... but what you think your opponent DOESN'T have...
