Default Stud Hi/Lo

I've been mingling in Stud Hi/Lo lately. From what I've read, I understand the basics, such as isolating a few low hands. There are sessions when I win a ton, but there are also sessions where it seems I can isolate a few lows and one will back into a straight to nullify my high. Do you guys play the game? What do you realize that I'm doing wrong?

Default stud hi lo

One good strategy is to raise every time your opponent is showing a 9. This is the worst card to have unless you have three rolled up.

Stud Hi lo is one of th hardest games to master and is a "pros" game.

Yeah, Stud Hi/Lo is still tough for me to play and play well. I'm not ready for the cash games, but I'm slowly learning.

Basically I get out early if it doesn't look good. If your starting hand develops good, you'll obviously have a good chance, if it doesn't get out and save your chips.
