What is your favourite poker game?

I usually play no limit holdem, but i have heard pros talking that you have to learn any type of poker game because if lets say you dont get cards in holdem you can always try your luck on hi/lo or omaha or somewhere else. What do you think about that?

I prefer playing no limit hold em myself, but I am slowly branching out and playing the other variations of poker.

Some of the pros believe the WSOP main event is NOT the premiere event of the WSOP events. Most now look at the $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. as being the major event of the WSOP. If you can win the H.O.R.S.E. event you are looked at as one of the best poker players.

i havent heard of the H.O.R.S.E. tournament before :| what kind of poker do they play there?

nl holdem i think that 90 percent of players like this game most, because its the most popular poker game

At H.O.R.S.E rotation game, the game changes every time the dealer button made a full round.
In tournaments, the game changes at the end of each round, or after a set and predetermined amount of time.

H.O.R.S.E. means:
H : Hold'em
O: Omaha
R: Razz
S: Seven-card Stud high
E: Seven-card stud high-low Eight or better, or hi-lo

With the variations you have to learn it makes it a little harder to get good at horse. The reason the pros think it's the premiere event now at the WSOP is because the main event has become a partial donk fest and with the $50,000 buy-in for the H.O.R.S.E. event only those that can actually play enter it for the most part.

Well thats a big buyin. But if i had a chance to play horse or wsop, i would still choose wsop, because im not good with other types of games

WSOP is the World Series of Poker which has many events including the H.O.R.S.E. event...I'm sure you meant were probably meaning to say NLHE right?
