What do you do when you overplay?

There were times for me when i overplayed poker. After i have played for a long time in one day i started to loose the money etc. What do you do in such cases? Leave the poker room? Find something to do? Or just try to tighten up and win your money back?

I usually leave the poker room and dont play anymore that day. Because the more i play the more i loose when i play too much and im tired.

YEah, the best thing to do when you're on a losing streak is to just stop it right there and step away from the computer. Sometimes when people are losing they will take more chances to try and win their money back and end up losing even more. So just stopping and coming back the next day is what you should do.
