Has anyone had any problems with ChanPoker?

I've had problems registering with ChanPoker and I haven't heard back from the support when I contacted them.

Has anyone had any problems with them?

I think I'm just going to forget about it since it's wasted too much of my time already and I can't be bothered if it seems like they can't be bothered to help.
