Default Have you ever got a bad beat bonus?

Just curious, have you ever got a bad beat bonus from a poker rooms after loosing with 4 of a kind or stronger? Usually online poker rooms offer a flat bad beat bonuss after loosing with such hand.

There are some poker rooms like PartyPoker that have that on certain tables only - Bad Beat Jackpot tables. I have lost with 4 of a kind before, but unfortunately I wasn't on a bad beat table.

I never play on the bad beat tables myself. I dont think it is worth paying a higher rake for the minimal chance of getting lucky. It is a good concept though.

Yeah, I don't bother playing the bad beat tables. What are the chances of getting a bad beat that qualifies anyways? I agree it's not worth the extra rake.

Well it happens all the time. I had lost AA against 33 or i had lost AA against 89 unsuited afer rising 10x bb preflop :| they guy got a straight.

I have seen a guy who lost with pocket QQ, who went all in and got callet by JTo, and the guy with JTo got a royal flush lol its a shame that i havent copied the history.

Bad beat tables are taking extra rake? I wasnt aware of that. If its true so its definetly not worth to play there. What are the chanses for you to loose with quads?

Those types of hands don't qualify for a bad beat bonus. It is only a major hand like quads, and if I remember correctly the quads have to be 8's or higher in order to qualify for a bad beat. Plus straight flushes losing also qualify as a beat beat.
