Your style of play is quite silmilar to mine... and in the long run will only bring you positive results...
I just have one comment about your "Scenario One" concept....
If you decide to walk away with your winnings but want to sit down again at the same table with your original buy in... you will need to wait at least half an hour or more at most sites..
Normally you will have to sit down again with the same amount you left the table with, if you sit down again within a shorter period of time...
by the time your half hour (or more) is up ... some or all of the fish that doubled your stack will have been gone by then...
So ... if you want to take the money and run... AND keep playing, you will need to chose a different table
